Customer services and back-up are paramount at Javac New Zealand. Our front line staff have the skills required to ensure our clients have the very best access to technical and non-technical products, services.

Every staff member has over ten years experience with the company or in the vacuum, refrigeration, or engineering related industries.

All our staff at Javac New Zealand have access to our extensive technical library. If the product or information is not immediately available in our New Zealand offices, the relevant "heads of department" managers in Melbourne are on hand to assist, usually the same day. Back-up is also available from the major brand name suppliers, usually overnight.

To summarize, the combined experience in New Zealand and Australia is more than adequate to "put your trust in us".

Our staff includes team members and individuals experienced in the vacuum engineering and refrigeration disciplines following:

  • Overall Management
    Over 30 years experience in the refrigeration & vacuum industries.
  • Customer Service
    At least 65 combined years of service in the vacuum related industries
  • Workshop and On-site Service
    Over 40 years of engineering experience in New Zealand with access to managerial experience in New Zealand and Australia. Service departments in both New Zealand and Australia have management with direct experience in the factories of major European suppliers like Leybold and Edwards.
  • Administration
    Over 30 years combined experience in the refrigeration & vacuum industries
